The Opportunity:
CACI has a immediate opening for a Journeyman VIP Systems Support Analyst who will be responsible for providing an outstanding level of direct customer support to our DoD VIP users. You will bring your extensive experience in face-to-face VIP end-user technical support for unclassified and classified desktop/laptop computers, mobile devices, and experience in the JSP environment. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues for VIP users. You will assist our client with planning and implementing new infrastructure projects. This role enables you to demonstrate your excellent customer service skills, problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, planning and organizing skills, and understanding of IT service management to our VIP users as well as your colleagues. You will work onsite at the Pentagon Monday through Friday. You will support new requirements that may occasionally arise for after hours or weekend support.
