Job Description
Join a dynamic finance team supporting the fast-growing National General Specialty Vehicle business. As the Financial Associate Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving daily financial operations, delivering impactful analysis, and shaping the financial strategy for our most critical products, markets, and initiatives.Lead financial performance reporting and analysis across key products, markets, and business initiatives
Develop clear, compelling financial storylines to support strategic decision-making
Create and manage financial projections and plans that align with short- and long-term business goals
Ensure the accuracy, credibility, and integrity of all financial reporting and planning
Coach and develop financial analysts, building a collaborative and high-performing team
Serve as a trusted finance partner, delivering insights that drive action and results
A passion for connecting numbers to strategy
Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to influence decisions
Experience leading or mentoring teams in a financial planning & analysis (FP&A) environment
A commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
• This job has supervisory duties.
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $78,600 -$126,410 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
