• Join the Team of Specialist equipment maintainers and be responsible for the Customer equipment service section and uphold the high standards of equipment performance, preventative maintenance, and customer satisfaction of the department.
• Support customers and staff by troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving equipment-related issues promptly and professionally, in the workshop and in the field.
• Be responsible for and maintaining the required levels of spares inventory, across the systems and sourcing support and supply contacts needed to replenish them.
• Expand on and maintain excellent documentation of issues and technical information.
• Carry out regular field servicing and maintenance across Thailand to ensure smooth running of said systems.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

  • Build and develop an equipment service, implementation capabilities required by the business to support an expanding customer mix.
  • Build and develop a solid understanding of the business’s equipment portfolio in terms of both hardware & software including repair, preventive maintenance, servicing and software updates.
  • Maintain and manage third party service provider relationships, including training and development
  • Implement and manage service contract scheduling, renewal and ensure delivery of contracted services to customers.
  • Maintain lists and inventory of equipment spares, with a clear understanding and visibility to parts costs and pricing.
  • Assist sales team and customers with equipment troubleshooting, equipment software / firmware version control and management and new software / upgrade roll out and management.
  • Assist customers with new equipment installation, commissioning and training.
  • Assist / coordinate customers with post installation troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair both virtually and on site as required.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships at all levels of management and decision making to deliver overall customer service technical service excellence.
