What is OLDP?

A three‑year, paid development program for students and recent graduates, built around:

  • 3 one‑year rotations in key operational areas,

  • real projects and real responsibility,

  • training, certifications, and leadership development,

  • support from mentors and leaders,

  • global environment and international exposure.

This program is designed to help you discover your strengths, explore different career paths, and grow into a future leader.

What will you experience?

During the program you will rotate across areas such as:

  • Continuous Improvement / Lean,

  • Materials Management,

  • Front Line Supervision,

  • Procurement & Supplier Management,

  • Production Planning & Control,

  • Logistics & Distribution.

Each rotation gives you practical experience, new skills, and a deeper understanding of how a modern manufacturing and supply chain organization operates.

What will you do?

  • work on tasks and projects during each rotation, step by step building broad operational knowledge,

  • work with key performance indicators, deliver results, and strengthen your analytical skills,

  • participate in technical and leadership trainings, earn certifications, and develop new skills,

  • collaborate with teams across different departments and build strong internal relationships,

  • take part in regular feedback, mentoring, and coaching sessions,

  • engage in Watermark initiatives – Xylem’s community and volunteer programs.

Who are we looking for?

If you’re at the beginning of your career and have leadership potential, curiosity, and a desire to learn – this place is for you. We are looking for people who:

  • have completed or are in the final year of studies in: Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,

  • are fluent in English (at least B2),

  • have a minimum GPA of 4.0,

  • have internship or practical experience in production, operations, or supply chain (a plus),

  • enjoy teamwork and communicate effectively,

  • are eager to develop quickly and open to new challenges,

  • can analyze data and solve problems using logical thinking,

  • are comfortable working in a digital and data‑driven environment, willing to learn and use new digital and AI‑supported solutions in daily work.
