Mission Statement:

  • R&D project management for developing new products or technologies in transformer bushings

  • In a lead role, project manager is responsible for project handover and meeting deliverables in each stage of project lifecycle. Project manager holds a key role in identifying resource requirements, organizing project team, developing project schedules, monitoring project status, and ensuring timely completion of a project within given budget allocation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Understand project objective, scope, resources, budget, and timeline

  • Project planning, risk assessment, budget estimation, data management, technology transfer

  • Organize project team and assign responsibilities, establish and maintain relationship with stakeholders

  • Coordinate regularly with different teams, reviewers, stakeholders, and global product group managers

  • Monitor project activities, update project status, escalate problems, present deliverables and outcomes

  • Maintain relevant project documents for assessment, review, and project handover

  • Guide, motivate, and encourage project team for timely completion of project

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering

  • 5+ years of experience in project management

  • Strong technical knowledge of transformer bushings or relevant electrical or high voltage products

  • Knowledge of product development, product lifecycle management, customer relationship management

  • Knowledge of contractual, legal, commercial, and financial aspects of business

  • Strong attitude towards result orientation, proactiveness, resilience, commitment, self-motivation

  • Strong ability of multitasking, complex problem solving, data analysis, effective communication

  • Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, negotiation skills, conflict resolution skills

  • Project management professional (PMP) certification and training is an asset

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required
