Job Summary

The Sr. Digital Marketing AI Specialist is responsible for developing and executing AI-driven digital marketing strategies that support business objectives across AMN’s brands. This role thrives in a collaborative team environment and exercises autonomy to drive innovation in marketing operations, customer experience, and lead generation. As a subject matter expert in AI-powered marketing, this individual will lead the adoption and optimization of AI tools and platforms to enhance campaign efficiency, engagement, and measurable business impact. 

Work Location:
Remote-friendly. However, candidates located within 50 miles of one of our office hubs will follow a hybrid work model.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with the AI Manager to execute AMN’s AI strategy across marketing, operations, and customer experience. 
• Translate strategic goals into actionable digital marketing initiatives using AI tools and platforms. 
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to reduce manual marketing tasks and improve campaign efficiency. 
• Support deployment of automation tools that enhance recruiter and candidate productivity. 
• Lead and support scalable AI innovation efforts, including pilots, proof-of-concepts, and integrations with marketing systems. 
• Track and report on AI performance metrics such as time savings, cost reduction, lead volume, conversion rates, and NPS impact. 
• Collaborate closely with engineering, digital, recruitment, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution of AI-powered marketing initiatives. 
• Analyze and interpret digital channel performance to inform and optimize AI-driven marketing strategies. 
• Innovate new ways to leverage AI for building relevant, personalized content and campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. 
• Serve as a subject matter expert and internal resource for AI marketing tools and best practices.

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of relevant work experience

Additional Experience

• Experience working in digital marketing, AI, or a related field. 
• Experience managing digital marketing or AI-driven campaign strategies. 
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing AI or automation solutions with measurable results. 
• Relevant experience in a technical training or enablement capacity is a plus. 
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, recruitment, etc.) to deliver digital innovation.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
• Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate

$74,500 - $88,500 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
