What you'll do...

Position: Senior Product Manager

Job Location: 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066

Duties: Define vision and strategies, identify market opportunities, conduct competitor analysis, develop business cases, build product roadmaps, and influence stakeholders, including executive leadership. Translate product strategies into product roadmaps that align with the company's goals. Drive product roadmaps that includes prioritization and requirements definition. Work with analytics team to conduct opportunity sizing. Work with the UX design team to generate user experience prototypes. Align with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering teams on the requirements. Work with engineering and other functions to drive executions that includes product development and testing. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to launch products and ensure their adoption. Coordinate post-launch activities to validate that the products work as expected and track and improve key product metrics. Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 3 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 5 years of experience in product management.

Skills required: Experience conducting discovery research to inform product strategy and roadmap. Experience conducting quantitative analysis and building business cases to support product strategy. Experience synthesizing discovery research findings and business cases into a coherent narrative that concludes in a product roadmap. Experience writing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that outline the requirements from various functions to the product launch. Experience communicating Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to different functions and iterating to ensure alignment. Experience monitoring progress of execution milestones and having trade-off and prioritization discussions when required to drive product launch. Experience presenting the product roadmap and execution plan to get buy-in from leadership. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $157,636/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.   Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
