Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the application meets the desired requirements and quality standards, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder.
- Experience in designing and developing scalable cloud-based applications using Oracle Cloud Visual Builder.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and deployment strategies within cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud application development.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API management in Oracle Cloud environments.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
