Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with a team to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to provide technical guidance and support to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support to the team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to ensure the project meets business requirements and objectives. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - 12+ years of experience in software development. - Strong understanding of HR processes and practices. - Experience with SAP HCM modules. - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations. - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is part of the Software Engineering job family group. - This position is based in Kolkata.
