Key Responsibilities
Are you energized to make an impact in the pharmaceutical industry? If so, this Pharmacy Intern role is an ideal opportunity to explore.


As a Pharmacy Intern, during the 6 months internship program, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable industry experience and contribute to various functional areas within our organization, including medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and commercial.


Medical Affairs:

  • Assist in the development of medical and scientific materials, including scientific presentations, publications, and educational materials.
  • Conduct medical literature reviews and analysis to support the medical affairs team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date medical information is available for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in medical conferences and educational events to enhance knowledge and awareness of medical advancements.

Pharmacovigilance:

  • Support the pharmacovigilance team in the collection, assessment, and reporting of adverse drug reactions and safety data.
  • Assist in the maintenance of drug safety databases and documentation.
  • Contribute to the preparation of periodic safety reports and regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance requirements.

Regulatory Affairs:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, including marketing authorization applications, variations, and renewals.
  • Support regulatory compliance activities by monitoring and interpreting relevant regulations, guidelines, and directives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Assist in the coordination of regulatory inspections and audits, as required.

Quality Assurance:

  • Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance processes and systems.
  • Contribute to the review and approval of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch documentation.
  • Assist in performing internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues and non-conformances.

Commercial:

  • Assist the sales and marketing team in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Contribute to the creation of promotional materials, product presentations, and sales support tools.
  • Support the coordination of sales and marketing activities, including conferences, meetings, and product launches.
  • Clinical Research:
  • Introduction to the study design, requirements and process of Clinical Trials as well as the Good Clinical Practice.
  • Understand the roles and liaise between the Local Clinical Research Team and the Central Study Team/Study Site Staff.
