Job Description
Ensure all marketing assets and source files are submitted to the DAM with accurate metadata and using a common global process. Work closely with Marketing for escalation issues or when key decisions about system functionality and/or worldwide policies or processes need to be created or modified. - Identify and train various marketing asset creators and agencies to efficiently and effectively submit assets for integration into the DAM. - Ensure that assets are understood, used and shared effectively, and meet quality and integrity standards. Help enforce standardization and the adherence to established digital asset standards and policies in creating, processing, storing, accessing, and retiring the assets. - Facilitate the involvement of supporting organizations (e.g., division managers, QA, regulatory, and internal audit etc.) to ensure that assets are complete in content, and meet all business/regulatory requirements. Facilitate ongoing training for employees as needed. - Create, communicate and help enforce processes and procedures to acquire proper files and appropriate metadata throughout the different user groups. Create and support "best practices" to improve the system, process, and communication opportunities. - Oversee day to day activities in managing the digital assets in terms of execution of activities and functioning of systems. - Documents and maintains: Asset definitions i.e. collateral vs. packaging etc., asset standards, asset policies, work instructions and Asset Quality Metrics. - Resolves any asset integration issues. Education - Bachelor’s degree. Relevant Work Experience - At least 3 years of experience in a data management or asset management role. The anticipated salary range for this position:
$63,960.00 - $92,560.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
