Job Description:

What You’ll Do

Responsible for leading projects from original concept through final implementation. Manages project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost decisions. Aligns and coordinates customer requests and installation. Maintains documentation of existing applications, processes, test procedures, test results, detailed process flows, and action plans. Assists with facilitating multi channel process reviews. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. This role will help to keep computer systems running smoothly by providing technical support and troubleshooting problems with our internal and sometimes external systems. This will also include testing and documentation of changes made following the change management process.

How You’ll Do It

  • Develops and manages technical solutions to fulfill business needs, resolve issues, and enhance the company’s efforts to define, analyze, and documenting requirements. Understands the needs of stakeholders and translates requirements into solutions. Identifies all areas changes will impact. Partners with vendors to implement changes and enhancements for impacted systems.
  • Prepares implementation and test plans. Identifies all possible impact scenarios. Tests, analyzes, and validates detailed functional specifications. Guides and defines enhancements for user interfaces, test planning, test execution, and implementation.
  • Partners with technology and operation teams to resolve system issues, coordinates resolutions, and documents future needs. Researches and answers all related questions to the team email box.
  • Partners with operations to prepare trainings, huddles, and other communications to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. Validates enhancements are working properly in production.
  • Utilizes processes and systems to track and manage project progress.

Qualifications You’ll Need

The Basics

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Customer Service, Leadership, Project Management, or related experience

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Systems troubleshooting
  • SQL and Excel experience
  • Associates Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, or related
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Customer Service, Leadership, Project Management, or related experience

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $58,500.00 to $90,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
