Working within the Enterprise Services and Public Affairs (ESPA) Chief Administrative Office (CAO), the Business Associate is responsible for activities related to finance and resource management.
ESPA shapes how stakeholders perceive and experience Citi. We focus on two core activities: managing our reputation by engaging with our stakeholders and delivering great spaces and services to colleagues and clients. ESPA consists of 9 unique groups: Aviation, Colleague & Client Services, Communications, Community Investing & Development, Enterprise In-Business Reputation Risk, Government Affairs, Real Estate Services, Sustainability & ESG, and ESPA CAO.
ESPA CAO supports all groups, leading the controls governance framework, data management, talent development, and employee engagement. The team is also responsible for ESPA-wide expense management, resource planning, and other cross-function processes. ESPA CAO also manages Citi’s Discounts to the Arts Program and ESPA’s Corporate Philanthropy. This is a high energy, hardworking and affable team that values colleagues who anticipate what needs to get done and act accordingly.
The Business Associate on ESPA CAO will support business execution related to finance, resource management, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and a quick learner.
Responsibilities:
Support business execution related to finance, resource management, and strategic initiatives.
Assist with ESPA’s adherence to Plan and development of risk mitigation scenarios.
Coordinate CAO participation in Quarterly Business Reviews, the creation of business slides, and inputs from HR, Technology, and Transformation.
Manage execution of expense approvals, working across ESPA to ensure timely processing, accurate record keeping, and responding to inquiries from colleagues.
Provide project management support for ESPA’s workforce management processes and controls outlined in published frameworks, standards, and procedures and manage collection and filing of evidence for ACT Transformation.
Educate groups on new strategies and processes related to workforce management and respond to inquiries related to systems, tools, and processes.
Prepare materials, record minutes, and follow-up as needed on items for council and business meetings.
Conduct data reconciliation and analysis related to finance and resource management activities.
Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and partners across ESPA.
Identify and implement improvement of processes and work-flows.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of relevant experience
Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas
Experience with databases and information management
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$109,120.00 - $163,680.00
