We have an exciting opportunity for a Nutrition Advice Specialist to join team our Nutrition Advice Team based in our Lamberts Office!

What To Expect:

Working in a team, you will provide nutrition advice to our customers through a variety of channels including live phone calls, email, live chat, and social media. Our Nutrition Advice Team are committed to ensuring every customer receives friendly, accurate and responsible advice in a timely and efficient manner.

Whilst working within an immediate team, you will also demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to support other colleagues across the business, as required, ensuring that our overall customer service standards are always maintained.

We promise our customers a prompt and reliable service so good organisation skills and the ability to multi-task, with high levels of accuracy are expected at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exemplary service to customers/enquirers seeking advice on health/product related issues.

  • Demonstrating a passion for nutrition and health with a willingness to learn.

  • Ensuring that Lamberts Healthcare standard operating procedures are adhered to when dealing with complaints and are resolved in a timely manner with complaints identified, logged, and responded to within the correct time frame.

  • Ensuring ongoing knowledge of compliance.

  • Responding to new and exciting customer queries, delivering accurate and responsible nutrition advice.

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product ranges and latest developments in nutrition, staying abreast of changes in the competitor landscape.

  • Delivering additional information/support in the form of literature as required, to help drive customer loyalty, new customers and review.

Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

  • You will be degree educated in Nutrition (BSc), or a health-related degree with a substantial nutrition element.

  • You will have GCSE English at a minimum of B grade.

  • Experience of a CRM system or inputting information into a database.

  • Proficient communication skills and telephone manner.

  • Effective written communication skills.

  • Great organisation and multi-tasking ability.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Desirable: AfN registration – Associate Registered Nutritionist

  • Desirable: You will have experience in a customer service facing role via telephone, e-commerce, or face to face.
