Position Summary

To assess the needs of the customers, provide quality information, give quick responses to work requests, and process work requests in a timely manner.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer requests, including troubleshooting any problems in order to ensure accuracy.

  • Fulfill client requests as needed.

  • Monitor, provide timely feedback and follow-up on status of work requests.

  • Provide customer service support for clients, faculty and staff.

Salary Range

$17.87 - $27.06 / Hourly

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
