We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, Vision R&D Project Management Office (PMO) to lead the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs within our Vision R&D organization. This role is critical to the successful introduction of new products to market and will ensure alignment with strategic business goals, regulatory standards, and quality expectations. The focus will be the Surgical Vision portfolio as well as building overall Project Management capabilities within the Vision R&D organization.
Purpose:
As the head of the Project Management Office (PMO), this leader will drive the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of project management processes across the organization. They will serve as a key partner to functional leaders, fostering alignment, accountability, and focus to enable effective execution of high-impact projects and strategies. You will report directly to the Global Head of R&D, J&J Vision.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
The expected base pay range for this position is $253,300 to $342,700. The expected base pay range for this position in the Bay Area is $291,550 to $394,450.Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
