What You'll Do

  • You will provide day-to-day operational support to clients and answer general user questions related to travel program management, creating and monitoring support cases as needed for post-booking and program management issues.
  • You will execute site administration across multiple platforms to optimize client setup, support changes to user access roles and controls, and facilitate the implementation of new tools and processes for travel operations.
  • You will troubleshoot issues with negotiated rates and preferred suppliers not displaying correctly, ensuring clients have seamless access to their negotiated benefits and preferred vendor options.
  • You will generate ad-hoc reporting as agreed upon with client teams and account management while supporting reporting user access requests to ensure clients have the data insights they need.
  • You will audit and analyze client travel program data to identify inconsistencies, develop solutions, and drive continuous optimization of their travel programs.

  • You will advocate for clients internally with management, support teams, and product development, ensuring their needs and feedback are heard and addressed.
  • You will handle additional assigned duties as needed while maintaining strong internal partnerships and providing strategic support to the Client Service Manager and clients to enhance their overall travel programs.
