About the role

Dotloop by ShowingTime+ is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with a track record of driving new business revenue. In this role you will be responsible for presenting to Brokerages, real estate teams and agents. The role requires a growth mindset, high level work ethic, a consultative approach and the ability to sell a software solution to brokers, real estate teams and agents.

 

You Will Get To: 

  • Position yourself as a Real Estate industry expert, conducting discovery and performing demonstrations of the dotloop software product to prospective customers

  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.

  • Continue your proven track record as a leading revenue generator 

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sale

  • Demonstrate your competence and experience in selling software and service offerings

  • Identify prospective customers and establish relationships to secure contracts that exceed assigned sales quotas and targets

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly key performance metrics

  • Effectively maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities in order to exceed sales goals

  • Adoption and consistent utilization of Virtual Consultations using Zoom for product demonstration and building relationships with customers

  • Adoption of the sales technology stack is required (Gong, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Hubspot, Highspot, etc.)

  • Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers 

  • Partner with sales operations to ensure our sales tech and process is driving the right results and support for sales

  • Represent ShowingTime+ at in person industry events, client visits, etc.

  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $23.10 - $36.90 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience

  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking

  • Able to self-manage daily activities to achieve a sales quota each month

  • Ability and willingness to travel in market, up to 10% of the time

  • Real estate experience is helpful but not required

  • Experience with a variety of sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, Highspot, etc.
