Included Health is seeking a highly motivated physician who enjoys management of all health conditions and who is passionate about raising the standard of healthcare for everyone. The Physician will be responsible for caring for patients of all ages, maintaining accurate and current patient records, and working collaboratively with our provider and support teams. The United States compensation for this independent contractor position is $29 per visit. In addition to receiving a competitive pay, the compensation package may include the following:
- 401(k) savings plan through Fidelity
- Full suite of Included Health telemedicine (e.g. behavioral health, urgent care, etc.) and health care navigation products and services offered at no cost for employees and dependents.
