As part of the commercial team, the Inside sales manager will have the opportunity to be an active part of our commercial success while developing a successful career.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and execute sales plays to generate leads in target clusters leveraging multi channel outreach methods: LinkedIn, emails, phone calls
  • Implement a system for optimized organization including CRM, sales automation and email outreach platforms
  • Follow-up on leads from marketing activities (campaign, events)
  • Qualify inbound leads from website and Marketing Qualified leads from marketing activities. Establish need and provide solution overview to facilitate handover to senior sales team.
  • Close lower-sized deals and learn about the sales cycle by actively supporting the senior sales team
  • Structure activity reports, provide continuous insights and supports the team in optimization
  • Provide ad-hoc support to sales and marketing on plan execution

About you:

  • Experience in interacting with prospects or clients in a commercial environment
  • Willing to grow and develop into a senior sales role
  • Great at communication and interpersonal skills, willing to interact with many prospects and clients on a daily basis through all media: emails, phone calls, during events
  • Ability to understand and convey accurate complex product-related information to Healthcare Professionals, in educated, reassuring and professional manner
  • Team player, coachable, seeking feedback and willing to apply corrective actions as well as openly share feedback to support peers and management in collective success
  • Attention to details, organized and structured
  • Experience with CRM and Sales automation softwares a plus
