  • Service Modernization & Business Process Automation:

    • Spearhead strategic initiatives to modernize and automate IT and business services, focusing on improving the user experience, increasing efficiency, and reducing manual processes.

    • Champion the use of automation and AI within business and support processes, designing and implementing programs that leverage emerging technologies to improve service quality and efficiency.

  • End User Experience (EUC) Transformation:

    • Drive strategic programs to modernize the end-user computing environment for  employees, directly linking technology improvements to gains in productivity and user satisfaction.

    • Oversee programs governing the end-to-end lifecycle of all user assets, ensuring cost-effective management and minimal disruption to the business.

    • Partner with Information Security to ensure all EUC programs and solutions mitigate business risk and comply with corporate security policies.

  • Data-Driven Business Insights & Continuous Improvement:

  • Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of communication for the program portfolio, providing clear, concise, and regular updates on status, risks, and business value to senior management and executive teams.

    • Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority, fostering a collaborative approach to achieve shared business objectives.

    • Manage relationships with key technology vendors and service providers, leading contract negotiations and governing vendor performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
