Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance while adapting to evolving business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
Coordinate functional and technical tasks related to the development of reports and dashboards using Workday Reporting tools.
Knowledge and experience with Workday reporting (like Custom Reports, Slides, Discovery Boards, Worksheet).
Knowledge and experience with Workday prism.
Experience with SQL scripts at advanced level including analytical functions
Work closely with the business and support vendor team
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting, Workday Prism Analytics.
- Strong understanding of report development and dashboard creation using Workday Reporting tools.
- Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and data management best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
Strong technical expertise in Workday reporting across HCM modules like Core HCM, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Performance and others.
Proficient with Workday Reporting, and Calculated fields.
Experience in working with slides, discovery boards and worksheets.
Knowledge and experience in Workday PRISM
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent spoken and written English.
