Red Hat is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to support our Partner Engagement Experience Center of Excellence team. This role will focus on planning, performing, and implementing process improvement to new and existing initiatives to enhance the Partner Engagement Experience. The ideal candidate will leverage methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to analyze existing processes, facilitate cross-functional teams, and develop metrics that drive performance improvement. This role will need to work closely with the Ecosystem Sales Operations team, as well as align cross functionally to ensure we are designing end to end processes at a company level.
What you will do:
Planning, Execution & Continuous Improvement: Develop, execute, and optimize process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other proven methodologies. Apply industry best practices and collaborate cross-functionally with the Partner Engagement Experience team to design, validate, implement, and continually enhance partner-related processes.
Process Evaluation: Diagram and evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams to achieve process improvement goals.
Metric Development: Develop and maintain metrics that provide data for process measurement and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities.
Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of process issues, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Performance Measurement: Measure performance against process requirements, aligning improvement initiatives with identified performance shortfalls.
Consultation & Re-engineering: Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
Training & Presentations: Deliver presentations and training courses focused on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control of processes.
Best Practices Analysis: Survey and analyze best practices in process improvement techniques and methodologies.
Progress Communication: Communicate team progress to stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the improvement process.
Cost-Benefit Analysis: Perform cost and benefit analyses to evaluate the impact of proposed process changes.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent facilitation and leadership skills for cross-functional teams.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Experience in training and mentoring team members on process improvement techniques.
Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools.
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies.
Experience in the Partner Engagement or Customer Experience field.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
