The Content Systems Engineer is a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting mission-critical, cloud-native media systems across ABC OTV. This role drives the architecture and integration of scalable, secure, and resilient broadcast and content workflows, ensuring alignment with business, marketing, and entertainment objectives. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages third-party providers, and influences the strategic direction of next-generation broadcast and storage solutions. The position requires deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate enterprise strategy into actionable system designs and roadmaps.

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $135,400.00-$181,600.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
