We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital team . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Specialist - Digital Transformation Strategy

A proactive and hands-on Digital Product Manager to lead automation projects and enhance our digital product offerings. This role requires a unique blend of product management expertise and a solid understanding of technology, enabling the successful execution of digital strategies while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and problem solver, navigating the intersection of business needs and technological capabilities without being a traditional engineer.

We will count on you to:

  • Identify opportunities and drive solutions to enhance digital products.

  • Collaborate with business units and tech teams to ensure AI use cases align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Research and pinpoint generative AI opportunities to boost efficiency in routine tasks.

  • Document prototype requirements using sketches, diagrams, and wireframes.

  • Utilize prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Canva) to create engaging product designs.

  • Conduct market research and participate in business analysis.

  • Demonstrate hands-on acumen for automation projects, utilizing relevant tools and technologies.

  • Provide clarity during the implementation stage and develop lifecycle plans for features.

  • Coordinate product implementation, including testing and user acceptance.

  • Monitor and drive adoption of key digital solutions.

  • Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and provide regular management reports.

  • Collaborate with the global Digital Product community for cohesion and usability.

  • Apply VBScript and macros to enhance automation and streamline processes.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in digital product management.

  • Proven track record of product leadership and successful delivery of scalable digital products.

  • Experience with Python, AI/ML technologies and their application in product management.

  • Qualifications in Agile methodologies and project management.

  • Exposure to AWS and Azure cloud technology stacks.

  • Strong analytical skills for managing complex problems.

  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.

  • Hands-on experience with full-stack development (front end and back end).

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power BI.
