Assistant Company Secretary
Adyen is looking for a qualified assistant company secretary and regulatory counsel to strengthen the corporate governance framework and someone that understands the importance of regulatory compliance in India. The successful candidate will be acting as an assistant company secretary for Adyen in India who is able to work as a business partner with both local and global stakeholders within a wide range of teams. Also, you will advise stakeholders within the company on corporate governance, secretarial matters and compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and related rules and regulations.
You will also drive and ensure that Adyen meets all requirements related to corporate governance and reporting requirements prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India in the Guidelines on Regulation of Payment Aggregators and Payment Gateways (Updated as on November 17, 2020), specifically the responsibilities of the Board and constituted committees.
