We are looking for a Service Coordinator to support our Security Service operations for the Austrian market. In this role, you will serve as an operational link between our customers and our field service technicians. Your responsibilities will include managing daily service activities, handling incoming customer requests, and ensuring efficient dispatching of technicians.
A technical background is not required; however, experience in a technical field, ideally electrical, is considered an advantage. Full training on internal systems and tools will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Customer and Technician Communication
- Handle incoming calls on the service line and respond to customer queries in German
- Communicate with Austrian customers to clarify issues, schedule service visits, and provide updates
- Coordinate schedules, site information, and work order details with service technicians
Service Coordination and Administration
- Create and manage work orders in ServiceMax (training provided)
- Plan and assign service activities to ensure efficient technician dispatching
- Track service progress and follow up on open cases
- Ensure service documentation is accurate, updated, and completed on time
Operational Support
- Maintain accuracy in service records and communication
- Support the team with administrative and reporting tasks
- Collaborate with the Security Service team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Must-Have
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive mindset and team-oriented approach
Nice-to-Have
- Technical education or background (preferably electrical)
- Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles
- Experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceMax), though not required
Working Conditions
- Based at Bratislava Business Center (BBC)
- One-week onboarding training in Vienna
- No regular travel except two annual service meetings in Vienna
- Full training on internal tools and processes
