Improve organization performance and achieve program goals by developing and executing end-to-end project management activities. Demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements from implementation to deployment. Proactively manage and report on execution of deliverables. Master communicators across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction.

Key accountabilities:

• Drive projects and strategic initiatives, collaborate with workstreams and develop   content for regular business reviews

• Responsible for project governance, reporting as required to support leadership decisions

• Create and manage work stream/project plans and business cases in aid of strategic projects

• Create consolidated program level reporting and review individual project status to track progress and identify issues. Mitigate risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders and / or respective workstream owners

• Drive and produce program/project communications plans and materials, agenda and action items to keep relevant stakeholders informed

• Collaborate with various teams to drive large scale strategic initiatives and share preferred practices

Qualifications:

• Manage and drive large scale programs with multiple underlying workstreams

• Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong business insights writing skills

• Ability to work with ambiguity, self-driven, attention to detail and plan/ execute for the future

• Strategic thinker with experience in Project Management

• Quick to adapt – able to accelerate learning curve for new assignments

• Relationship development and management at all levels

• High degree of comfort working with global stakeholders across time zones

• Attention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities

• Bachelor’s Degree necessary

Optional

• Post graduate diploma or Master’s degree or MBA

• Strong experience in, program/ project management, people management and business operations with a reputed organization is desirable
