HR Operations Intern, Benefits Admin
Are you passionate about employee benefits and HR Operations?

For our growing HR Operations team in Amsterdam, we’re looking for a Benefits Administrator Intern to support the coordination and management of our group benefits programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and more in the EMEA region.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the main point of contact for employee queries
• Partner with 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders on a regular basis
• Support benefits processes such as enrollments, terminations, changes, data renewals as required
• Maintain benefits data, support data validation, and generate reports
• Ensure compliance and accurate reporting
• Provide exceptional support and clear communication with employees
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of knowledgebase articles and process documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience – you must be enrolled in a credited university for the duration of your internship (6 months)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially when working with data
• Ability to work independently, handle confidential, sensitive data, and support multiple projects

Preferred:

• HR or Benefits administration background preferred
• Communication skills in German, French, Polish, Spanish, or Dutch
• Experience with Excel
