Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : Database Management
Good to have skills : AWS Relational Database Service (RDS), Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database Administration (DBA)

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of both production and development systems, ensuring that software products operate smoothly. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues, providing hardware and software support, and implementing technology solutions across various platforms, all while adhering to established operating models and processes. You will work both remotely and onsite, collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, ensuring optimal performance of systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Management, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database Administration (DBA), AWS Relational Database Service (RDS). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database Administration (DBA), AWS Relational Database Service (RDS). - Strong understanding of database architecture and design principles. - Experience in performing database backups, recovery, and performance tuning. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation of database tasks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Database Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
