What success looks like in this role:

• Handles, investigates and reports on routine / precedented M&S Engineering requests. • Identifies, records and classifies problems of moderate complexity and impact. • Ensures proper intake, analysis and follow-up on support requests, in line with Unisys M&S Engineering processes. • Ensures requests are accounted for in established service level agreements (SLAs) and are addressed, analyzed and resolved in a timely and accurate manner. • Detects, records and classifies incidents and initial support, investigation and diagnosis, resolution and recovery, incident closure and incident ownership, monitoring, tracking and communication. • Formulates and tests incident resolution in close collaboration with the development team. • Checks requests against SLAs and ensures chargeability of extra effort, if applicable. • Details support requests to the ticket tracking system. • May provide technical advice and support for less experienced team members.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
