We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale internal software platforms and external web applications that are redefining how clean energy is developed, delivered, and experienced. 

In this role, you’ll lead development on a suite of proprietary tools used by both internal teams and external stakeholders. You’ll leverage modern AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality, while also designing and building AI-enabled features and products that bring automation, intelligence, and data-driven decision-making into our workflows. These applications are central to our mission to accelerate clean energy adoption and expand access to sustainable infrastructure. 

You’ll work alongside and lead a collaborative team of engineers across the US and offshore, providing technical direction, mentorship, and architectural guidance. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex business and industry needs into intuitive, scalable software solutions. We’re looking for someone who can go deep technically, think strategically about system design and performance, and is motivated by the opportunity to shape the future of clean tech through software.
