Architect solutions for a specific service or tower to optimize cost-to-serve and deliver value.
Design a solution approach encompassing a solution plan, cost estimates, staffing plan, delivery location strategy, and roadmap.
Facilitate a smooth transition of solutions through mobilization and stabilization phases.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• At least Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields 

• Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting SAP HCM and SuccessFactors for large-scale organizations.

• Experience in Time Sheet or Time Management is a plus

• Implementation experience is required

• Possess a strong knowledge and experience in SAP configuration.

• Know the integration points and 'tie-ins' with other modules

• Have developed very good interpersonal communication and user support management skills.

• Possess strong analytical, incident resolution and problem-solving skills

• Good Communication in English
