"I can succeed as an Institutional Client Relations Manager at Capital Group."
As our Client Relations Manager working within the Institutional Client Service Group, you will be a “player/coach” with two key areas of focus on team management and account management. You will provide leadership to build effective teams through a high degree of influence, communication, and drive for results. You will focus on current and future planning based on business needs and initiatives set forth by the Europe & Asia Client Group (EACG).
Externally representing Capital Group with the goal of delivering a superior client service experience, you will partner with cross-functional client relationship teams within the EACG organization to proactively service institutional clients. This includes delivering a comprehensive client experience by meeting client needs, leading client meetings, and providing an in-depth understanding of industry, organizational and operational topics.
Your primary focus will be on retaining and growing our overall relationships with the institutional clients. You will ensure excellent client experience for all aspects of client servicing support and reporting. Setting the tone by modeling Capital’s core values, you will help build, develop, and maintain a strong effective team in driving the business forward.

You have a minimum of 15 years of institutional client service experience in client facing roles within the Asset Management industry, and at least 8 years in a people management capacity.
Proficiency in Chinese language (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) both spoken and written is preferred.
You have solid experiences in building effective teams, and driving engagement across diverse group of people, skills and perspectives in achieving common goals.
You have a track record of delivering customer-centric solutions and building strong customer relationships.
You have effective communication skills that conveys a clean understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
You have flexibility to travel.
You have experience managing complexity, balancing multiple stakeholders and building networks inside and outside the organization.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
