Lead Sales Manager

Responsibilities

As the Lead Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Define RVI growth strategy for Korea.
  • Process owner of managing channels and direct sales to achieve operational target; identify strategic relationships at all levels of customers; develop winning path that will drive order closure. 
  • Be knowledge center of RVI applications, including industrial segments and market dynamics Banking partners, ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies identified. 
  • Responsible for performing commercial and technical training with team members, guide them executing sales strategy with road map.
  • Coordinate support resources to maintain and grow existing accounts; deliver on all internal targets: i.e. orders, revenue and margin.
  • Ensure successful implementation of routine jobs and develop work model for proactive selling and prospecting; understand bid process.
  • Effectively communicate with global, discussing competitive threats and other important front line information related to products, service and applications to Product Management and Sales Leadership teams.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Preferred 6-year sales experience in NDT technologies or borescope field.
  • Customer, dealer handling and project management skill.
  • BS above degree in engineering, or non-destructive testing.
  • Managing relationships; able to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiar borescope market and competitors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Korea.
