The Accounts Receivable Analyst plays a critical role in managing the company’s financial operations. This position is responsible for accounting, credit and collections, internal audit, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and SEC reporting. The analyst ensures timely and accurate receipt of payments, actively works on collections from delinquent accounts, and fields inquiries from both customers and sales representatives. The role also involves resolving discrepancies in billing amounts and purchase orders, as well as minimizing financial risks by assessing creditworthiness of both prospective and existing customers.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Qualifications:

Functional Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding and application of financial procedures and methodologies within the domain.

  • Familiarity with basic concepts from related disciplines to enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Business Expertise:

  • Comprehend key business drivers and apply this understanding to efficiently handle daily tasks and challenges.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Capable of resolving issues in straightforward scenarios through sound technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.

Impact:

  • Positively influence the quality and efficiency of individual work and team outputs while adhering to organizational guidelines and policies.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Effectively communicate complex information in an accessible manner to facilitate understanding in usual work situations.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $65,000 USD.00.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
