As a Bilingual Client Services Executive (French Speaking), you’ll support clients across Canada and international markets, working closely with teams in Toronto, London, and APAC. Success in this role comes from being proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning, especially in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

You’ll quickly build knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms while delivering a high standard of client service, while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a entry-level position suited for someone early in their career who is motivated to learn and grow.

About the Role

As a Client Services Executive, you’ll support clients across Canada and global markets, working closely with teams in Toronto, London, and APAC. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging in both French and English

  • Deliver timely, professional support and represent the brand positively

  • Build knowledge of financial markets, trading products, and internal systems

  • Guide clients on platform usage and product features

  • Work collaboratively with global teams across multiple time zones

  • Resolve issues efficiently or escalate where needed

  • Maintain accurate client records and meet KPI/SLA targets

  • Support client payment and account-related queries

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Fully on-site (5 days/week in downtown Toronto office)

  • Typical shift from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Flexibility required to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a permanent basis

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual: English + French (required)

  • Education or experience in financial services, trading, or a regulated environment

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • A self-starter with a strong ability to learn quickly and independently

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Genuine interest in financial markets and trading

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)

Additional Requirements

Willingness and ability to complete:

  • UK agent assessment

  • Australian RG146 certification within the first 6 months

  • Commitment to ongoing learning and maintaining compliance standards
