Hogan Lovells is seeking an outstanding mid- to-senior level associate to join our highly regarded Litigation practice in our San Francisco office. Ideal candidates should have at least five years of litigation experience. This position will afford the associate the opportunity to work directly with clients and opposing counsel, to gain experience working with leaders in the field, and to join a growing, global team of subject-matter specialists.

Strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to excellence are required. Further, candidates should be experienced in working efficiently with both litigation associates and subject matter specialists. Membership to the California Bar or eligibility to waive in is a must. Candidates for lawyer opportunities in the U.S. must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Compensation for this role will be top-of-market, with an annualized salary range of $365,000 to $435,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based bonus, consistent with market practice. In addition, this position will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exist.
