1. Responsible for the core live service strategy and localisation adaption for PC and Console titles, proactively driving product quality and player experience improvements.
2. Analyze market feedback and user data to identify player pain points and core needs, and continuously drive product improvements and optimize live strategies.
3. Responsible for delivering game product planning, design, and optimization solutions. Provide insights into genre.
4. Work closely with global dev teams as well as internal and external stakeholders to communicate, align and execute publishing and live-ops requirements.
1. 5年以上游戏策划或运营经验,有海外项目研发或运营经验优先
2. 抗压、沟通能力强,有强烈的主人翁意识及团队合作能力
3. 英语优秀,有PC发行经验者优先
4. 热爱游戏,有射击类游戏运营或策划经验优先
1. 5+ years of experience in game design, production or operations; experience with global development or operations is a strong plus.
2. Strong ownership mindset, resilience under pressure, and outstanding collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
3. Fluent in English and/or mandarin; prior experience with PC/Console publishing is highly preferred.
4. Passionate gamer with shooter game operations or design experience preferred.
