Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a JBS Solutions Integration Leader for Integrated Occupier Solutions. This pivotal role will be based in Costa Rica and will focus on providing expert advice to teams creating solutions and responses for services supporting commercial property occupiers worldwide. The primary objective is to ensure the appropriate utilization of JLL's Operations Delivery Platform, JLL Business Services (JBS), building measurable and sustainable value over time. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide strategic guidance on integrating JBS capabilities into client solutions and RFP/RFI responses for Integrated Occupier Solutions. 

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of JBS's current business capabilities, roles, and global footprint. 

  • Anticipate and strategize future JBS capabilities, roles, and footprint expansions to meet evolving client demands. 

  • Collaborate closely with both the Integrated Occupier Solutions team and Subject Matter Experts, across the Firm, to optimize JBS capabilities into prospective client offerings. 

  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships across the enterprise, particularly with teams involved in solution design and bid processes. 

  • Create and deliver training programs for all involved in the bid process, particularly the Integrated Occupier Solutions team and Subject Matter Experts across the Enterprise, focusing on effective JBS integration. 

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the solutions design process and RFP/RFI response strategies. 

  • Act as a subject matter expert on JBS capabilities and their application in Integrated Occupier Solutions. 

  • Measure and evaluate the content of proposals over time to ensure optimal utilization of JBS, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in JBS integration across client solutions. 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • In-depth knowledge of the sales process and RFP/RFI responses

  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate across the enterprise

  • Proven record of accomplishment in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships

  • Experience in solution design and bid processes within the commercial real estate sector

  • Ability to create and deliver effective training programs

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Analytical skills for measuring and evaluating proposal content and JBS utilization

  • Experience working with all levels, including senior leadership

  • Demonstrated ability working on virtual teams in a global corporate environment

 

Preferred:

  • Understanding of JLL's Integrated Occupier Solutions and JBS operations

  • Master's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field

  • Previous experience working in or closely with a shared services center or business process outsourcing (BPO) environment

  • Experience in developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Background in process mapping and optimization

  • Experience with agile methodologies in a business context

  • Familiarity with commercial real estate market trends and challenges faced by occupiers

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role within professional services or consulting

  • Experience in developing and delivering e-learning content

  • Understanding of data analytics and its application in business decision-making

  • International work experience, particularly in regions where JBS operates

 

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools

  • Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

  • Basic SQL skills for data querying and analysis

  • Familiarity with proposal management software

  • Understanding of data privacy and security principles
