Why is this role important at Infobip?
The Key Account Executive is an individual contributor reporting into a Squad Lead. You’ll identify new business opportunities and prospect new clients to sell our Infobip product offering in North America. You’ll also proactively recommend solutions to our existing Tier-1 clients. Key Account Executives are usually the most experienced sales representatives, so you’ll share your knowledge with the rest of the squad members, mentor newly recruited sales team members, and answer technical/process questions for less experienced team members.
More about what you’ll be doing:
Sell our product and services directly or through partners to a customer's base (target account list) or in a designated geographical territory (Tier-1 in region).
Responsible for lead generation, building your pipeline, and setting/leading discovery calls, and developing solution proposals to prospective companies to land new business.
Support end-to-end client relationships (including NRR, cross-sell, upsell & acquisitions).
Maintain a mature approach to account acquisitions for a period following the service acquisition.
Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning -- while expanding touch points and footprint in key accounts.
Work closely with Customer Growth Executives on your squad to develop proper account planning and customer journey mapping to increase the value of our offering and grow each partnership/account.
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted partner to your clients to retain account health and vitality.
Coordinate with service delivery teams for the deployment and ongoing delivery of our cutting-edge product suite.
As a leading contributor (individually and as a team member), provide direction and mentoring to others.
More about you & your qualifications:
Experience selling CPaaS is a must.
Experience selling 10DLC highly desired.
You have a consistent, successful sales track record.
Strong experience in managing a full sales cycle.
Strong ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts.
Infobip product knowledge and/or knowledge of our competitors.
Previous and current interaction with C-level players and decision-makers.
Team player who enjoys collaborating and possesses strong interpersonal / communication skills (both verbal and written).
Solid presenting, negotiating & closing skills with prospects/customers.

Additional Information
Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000 base salary annually (the selected candidate's salary will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, experience, education, skillset, and internal equity). This position is also eligible for commissions. If targets are met, this role has unlimited earning potential.
