This is a chance to shape what “AI-native” looks like in a global SaaS company, not just in theory, but in practice. You’ll work on real challenges at scale, influence company-wide direction, and help define the future of our platform.

At Pipedrive, this is not about using AI as a tool. Our ambition is to become truly AI-native, where AI is embedded into how products are built, decisions are made, and value is delivered. In practice, this means embedding AI into core product workflows and decision-making, augmenting internal systems (e.g., developer productivity and support), and building agent-based systems that drive parts of the product experience.

As a Staff Software Architect, you’ll define and drive the architecture behind this shift, working hands-on with LLMs, agentic systems, and modern AI infrastructure to turn strategy into scalable solutions.

You can be based anywhere in the EU. We have engineering hubs in Lisbon, Tallinn, and Tartu, as well as offices across Europe (Berlin, London, Dublin, Riga). If you’re not located in one of these hubs or offices, we expect regular travel to stay closely connected with teams and leadership.
