Grand Canyon University’s Colangelo College of Business (CCOB), Colangelo College of Business, is seeking a hardworking, meticulous, passionate, and driven Director of the T.W. Lewis Center for Student Success, for a full-time role.

The Director will work in support of the T.W. Lewis Center for Student Success in the CCOB and report to the Dean.  The Director is responsible for coordinating all events and activities related to the T.W Lewis Center for Student Success to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished in accordance with established specifications.

This role will be located at our main campus in Phoenix, AZ.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for scheduling, planning, and leading the T.W Lewis Speak Series each semester

  • Coordinate and lead a podcast series related to the book, Solid Ground, written by Tom Lewis

  • Manage the CCOB video and podcast studio

  • Teach 1-2 in-person CCOB courses each semester

  • Work with CCOB administration to identify the yearly budget expenses for the T.W Lewis Center for Student Success

  • Work with CCOB administration to develop yearly marketing plans for the T.W Lewis Center for Student Success

What you will need:

  • Master’s degree required

  • Intentional and teachable

  • Experience with MS Office Suite and strong Excel skills – data research, context of solving operational issues

  • Detail-oriented, and results-driven

  • Self-starter, initiative, problem solver

  • Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.
