What You Will Do:
The application administrator provides support for Guidehouse’s CRM Dynamics 365 Sales and enterprise Power Platform solutions. This
includes maintaining application software, monitoring and troubleshooting issues within a software environment, forecasting and planning for
application capacity and demand, in addition to other tasks. The administrator also communicates and works with various stakeholders to
define application requirements, evaluate options, and recommend solutions.

  • Collaborates with business clients and stakeholders to document business requirements.

  • Applies technical knowledge and experience to recommend solutions in collaboration with development teams to achieve business requirements.

  • Documents applications in support of policy compliance.

  • Interfaces with IT disciplines, vendors, and professional services providers to ensure service level achievement.

  • Assists the application teams in the implementation of upgrades to business applications.

  • Communicates and partners with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify application impacts, and recommend solutions.

  • Performs – and assists in the definition of – appropriate user- and system-level testing to ensure application functionality.

  • Maintains software including installations, configurations, updates and patches, user authentication, management, and provisioning.

  • Performs proactive analyses to maintain application health.

  • Forecasts and plans for application capacity and demand.

  • Provides primary ownership for identification, documentation and resolution of all application-related incident tickets, including assisting with root cause analysis.

  • Leveraging the organization’s support ticketing system, partners with manager-level internal staff and vendors to analyze current operational procedures, identify and escalate issues, and create effective resolutions.

  • Partners with cross-functional teams across IT to effectively resolve issues.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field preferred plus 4 years of professional experience OR 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant application administration work experience, with specific knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales.

  • Experience with SAAS implementations, Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.

  • Knowledge of the ITIL process framework - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Service Level Management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
