As a valued part of our Muncie-based care team, you will:
Champion Elara Caring’s mission, vision, and care philosophy
Deliver direct, hands-on patient care and evaluate functional needs
Create and implement individualized care plans that drive real outcomes
Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other specialists
Maintain high standards of therapy practice and documentation
Provide leadership, education, and community-facing physical therapy support
Work in an active, high‑engagement environment
Lift, support, and transfer patients as needed (up to 50–100 lbs)
Travel within your coverage area (approximately 50%)
✔ Graduate of an APTA‑approved Physical Therapy program
✔ Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license (state of Indiana)
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
✔ Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
✔ Willingness to travel within the regional Muncie coverage area
✔ Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the day
You’ll report to:
Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or their designee
