The Information Services Group (ISG) is responsible for providing authoritative sources of reference data to our clients across the Institutional Client Services (ICG) organization, through implementing state of the art technologies and operational processes which promote the collection, storage, analysis, and distribution of product, pricing, account and corporate action data. The ISG organization works in partnership with data clients across all ICG business lines, deploying solutions to increase their competitiveness, through restructuring business processes, simplifying information access, and providing business intelligence around critical data.

The Corporate Action Senior Product Manager is a senior strategic professional responsible for owning different features and functionalities for the application and provides directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative enhancements and design/deliver capabilities for the application and enable application to cater to the multiple business requirements globally.

Team Overview:

This Team owns global strategic technology platform - Global Corporate Action Event Repository. Major Tasks Involve - Processing Vendor Data Feeds & Internal Upstream Client Data, Mapping Data, Analyzing and Researching Data, Working on Swift Messages, User Interface, Data Publishing to downstream client (via Cloud, custom publisher) as XML/ Reports, Rules & governance, Audit, Compliance. Team is focused on Product and Business Analysis for deliveries for global clients within Citi. Coverage, Accuracy and Timeliness of Information are the key drivers. Client and User Requirements drives the Product Roadmap. Team is spread around globally in multiple locations.

Job Description:

• Develops business and platform requirements for either one platform component of a large platform product or a narrow product
• Defines and measures the KPIs for a platform product
• Determines release goals for a narrow platform product or a component of a large product
• Identifies best practices for continuous product development improvement
• Uses or commissions research, studies and focus groups to identify best-of-breed benchmarks for solving business problems
• Provide Direction and Technical Leadership on complex, high-impact projects.
• Define EPICs and User Stories based on Client Requirements
• Documentation and User Training
• Data Modelling, Mapping, Mining and Transformation
• Create Business and Function Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
• Understanding of Data Model
• Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure
• Data Oriented with an excellent attention to detail
• SQL Proficiency
• Working with Clients and capture Business Requirement
• Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure
• Experience/understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$107,120.00 - $160,680.00
