What to Expect: As an Industrial Wastewater Operator you will perform routine monitoring and maintenance functions associated with the daily operations of a collection, treatment and production and distribution system adhering to OSHA and HAZMAT regulations.

Your Role Day to Day: As an Industrial Wastewater Operator (AR Licensed) you will perform daily meter checks, monitor treatment equipment, and complete preventive maintenance tasks. The role requires safely handling and mixing chemicals, conducting sample checks, and demonstrating strong knowledge of environmental and HAZMAT regulations. Candidates should understand the importance of accurate and timely PM work, follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout, and operate equipment such as aerial and boom lifts in compliance with established safe‑work practices

What you will have (Basic Requirements):

  • Current Arkansas Wastewater Operator License Required: Class I
  • 3 years of minimum cumulative experience performing industrial work within industrial facilities
  • Must be willing to recertify annually

Top Candidates Will Also Have (Preferrred Requirements):

  • Prior experience within a Caterpillar facility

  • Post-Offer Medical Questionnaire (clearance from Corporate Medical)

Summary Pay Range:

$25.00 - $32.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
