The Senior PAM Engineer will collaborate with stakeholders, IT Teams and Architects to design and implement PAM solutions, ensure secure management of privileged accounts, and integrate with other systems. The Engineer will
have the required skills to include proficiency in PAM concepts in GSK’s strategic tool and ensuring that access management solutions align with organizational security policies.
Key responsibilities:
• Design and build enterprise scale PAM and IAM solutions
• Be proficient in developing in one or more of the following languages: C# ASP.NET MVC, .net. Core, Object Oriented Programming, Visual Studio
• Lead the implementation, configuration and engineer PAM components
• Development and implementation PAM Connectors
• Work with PAM Vendor to resolve issues around the product
• Integrate PAM solutions with other security and IT systems
• Define and enforce access control policies within the PAM
• Respond to security incidents by conducting investigations
• Provide SME product knowledge for Audits
• Be proficient in understanding data in PAM for Reporting
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for PAM users
• Adopt and drive AI efficiency in Privilege Access Management and broader IAM area
• Integrate AI/ML models to enhance anomaly detection, access pattern analysis, and risk scoring
• Develop and maintain AI-driven workflows for access provisioning, de-provisioning, and policy enforcement
• Work closely with IAM architects, cybersecurity teams, and AI specialists to drive innovation
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and PAM trends to continuously improve security posture
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in PAM engineering or IAM roles
• Demonstrates ability in developing in one or more of the following languages: C# ASP.NET MVC, .net. Core, Object Oriented Programming, Visual Studio
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Azure ML, Splunk AI)
• Strong understanding of access control models, threat detection, and security frameworks
• Demonstrates SRE principles in Engineering with the aim of measuring, maintaining, and enhancing system reliability
• Demonstrates skills in Data Analysis
• Strong problem-solving abilities with hands-on experience in debugging and resolving system errors.
• Comprehensive understanding of testing phases and change management.
• Proficiency in using GitHub and Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Understanding of various database solutions, including Azure SQL, IaaS SQL, Oracle, and NoSQL databases
• Working and developing with SQL/T-SQL scripts
• Proficient in writing PowerShell scripts
• Familiarity with application security best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding of audit and regulatory compliance, with the ability to engage with compliance authorities
• Proficient in understanding and integrating PAM systems with LDAP, EntraID and Active Directory (AD)
• Familiar with cloud PAM solutions and services offered by external vendors and cloud providers

• Hands-on experience with other PAM platforms (e.g., Beyond Trust)

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 205,500 to PLN 342,500 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
