Mission Statement:

Lead the execution of small projects with low complexity and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You must lead the execution of small projects with low complexity and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.
  • You must ensure that the project follows execution best practices and policies. Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization. Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow. Identifies, qualifies, quantifies and manages risk, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Captures, analyzes and shares lessons learned throughout the project. Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed. Drives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
  • You must ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with policies and contractual agreements. Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. Supports Supply Chain Management in negotiations, claims and project changes.
  • You will act as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
  • You must ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Your Background:

  • You hold BA/BE in Electrical Engineering, International Business Management, or Industrial Management.
  • Minimum 01 year relevant working experience in engineering projects.
  • Capable in dealing with the cultural diversity of a global business environment is a plus.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and documentation - Project Management Certificate is an advantage.
  • Demonstrate negotiation skills in interaction with internal and external customers.
  • Must be self-motivated with a high level of creativity and organization.
  • Problem solving skills required, familiar and have practical experience with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP, PS Module, MS Projects is a plus.
  • Looking for proactive, result-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills as well as reliability and ability to work under pressure.
  • Be a real organizational talent, have an analytical attitude, have good communication skills commercial insight, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication & English is required.
