Tool Crib Coordinator
Tool Crib Coordinator Immediate opportunities are available for talent Tool Crib Coordinators who want to become part of the Johnson Controls team. As a Tool Crib Coordinator, you will maintain the Tool crib operating supplies and machine spare parts and the insurance of each.

What You’ll Do:

· Analyze the Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) procurement system to determine problems relating with orders and paperwork tracking and make recommendations for corrections.

· Coordinate with Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) stocking vendors monitoring parts usage.

· Prepares POS’s (Point of Sale) for parts and supplies. Follows up on approvals needed and delivery dates daily.

· Receiving packages to the cage, managing the locations, emailing correct group, receiving in stock and making sure paperwork matches what was received.

· Utilizes tracking systems and components sent out for repair.

· Insurance of with Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) parts, tools and machine parts.

· Maintain paperwork.

· Perform cycle counts and identify problems.

· Operate golf cart to deliver parts and perform chemical counts across various lines throughout the facility.

· Ability to stay organized and accomplish tasks with deadlines with minimal supervision.

What We Look For - Required:

· Minimum one year experience working in an administrative position and / or using computers to manage and organize digital files in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook.

· Ability to perform basic math calculations and computations.

· Willing and able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), as needed.

· Willing and able to drive a golf cart throughout plant facility, with provided training.

What Will Put You Ahead - Preferred:

· Minimum one year experience with end-to-end tracking of inventory using inventory tracking software (ordering, receiving, invoicing, checking tools in/ out).

· Experience with Maximo is a plus.

· Ability to type 30 words per minute (WPM) or more.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift and move heavy steel materials (up to 50 lbs or more), with or without a reasonable accommodation.

· Ability to stand, bend, stair climb, and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods (8+ hours), with or without a reasonable accommodation.

· Ability to work in various industrial conditions (e.g., noise, heat, etc.), with or without a reasonable accommodation.
